One of the U-47's crew escaped from the death. He commited a crime and jailed. As a result of it he couldn't sailed with U-47 at her last patrol. Who is he?

Other then Wolfgang Luth, who is the only other U-boat commander to win the Diamonds to his Knights Cross?
