'Allo! Still aboard our beloved U-Boat! No shore leave for me in the late days of March and early days of April.

Still present. This place is as quiet as a watery grave though. We had it going for a while. Willing to discuss anything anyone has in mind.

I've been considering luring some of the comrades from various sub-sim boards to the U-47 site and forums, that would liven up the place, but it'd become a little SH3-centric, not that its nessecarily a bad thing, so long as its kept in check.

As to things we could discuss, well, most of my ideas involve alcohol and singing lusty songs about women with dubious morals.

Ahoy!

I am glad to see some are still here!  I was wandering for a while the crew had left !

Any questions or comments would be great! Just a note on my mother; she is recovering well from her ankel replacement. She should be walking better soon.  My father is getting tired of waiting on her all the time. He told her she better start walking soon!

Haven't been around as I am moving home at the moment... Glad to see the regulars are still keeping things ticking over though!

Yes, but that only makes things worse!

My father once told me of an experience in France.  Two of the crew went to the local Cat House before they were to go on Patrol. When they reported to the boat they brought some unwanted "friends" with them. By the time the Boot returned  from Patrol, most of the crew had the same problem! Such was the life on a U-Boot!

Regards,

Much like the lice/crabs check in Das Boot then.

 Yes,

As you could imagine!  Even a simple thing like a cold or stomach flu would be passed around in a Boot! Imagine 45 men all trying to use the head all at the same time!

Regards,
