Guten Tag,
Ich heisse Beth. Ich bin 42 Jahre alt and live in the western US.
I have been interested in WW2 U-boat history for a couple of years now, with a marked interest in the U47 and Prien, especially his Scapa Flow exploits.
No doubt will learn a great deal more from this excellent site.

Guten Tag,

My name is Guy, aged 47, married with two teenage children, a dog, 2 guinea pigs, 2 rabbits and a budgie.  I have now got dual citizenship, belonging to PanzerAce as well.  I been inspired by the German Forces since I was about 13, joined the Royal Navy and then volunteered for Submarines (before I knew better!)... so I can claim a certain amount of kinship with the men of the U-Boat arm - although I would never claim that I experienced the hardship they did.

I hope to keep reasonably regular on the site (and PanzerAce ... where I am ashamed to say I was posted as MIA).
