| Artist and
jordan 4 metallic
purple release date collaborator Kaws has added to his collection of
exclusive sneakers with a custom pair created just for him. Kaws posted the
sneakers, a white pair of the Air Jordan 1 Low No Swoosh, on his Instagram on
Friday. The sneaker is relatively simple, planting Kaws' x marks on the heel.

| Clad in of-the-90s flair,
uppers on this asics

mixed-materials construction and split tongue. The latter is overtaken by the
aforementioned vibrant hue, which also suede overlays throughout the midfoot,
accents at the heel, and outsole tread. Rich violet joins the mix across the
midfoot and at the lateral forefoot, creating an arrangement reminiscent of
footwear synonymous with the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Elsewhere, a
"yin-and-yang" combination complements the retro palette throughout
the remainder of the ASICS model, but both are interrupted by faint purple
details underneath the profile vector logos and at the heel. |
| Between the two trims, the
converse chuck
70 low top black best displays the purposely flipped arrangement given
its taller silhouette. Canvas from vamp to top of the tongue, as well as at
the pair's spine, boast rough edges. Elsewhere, "Converse All Star"
logos on the medial collar further contributed to the model's
"inside-out" design as they're recessed instead of pronounced.
While the Chuck 70 Ox doesn't feature the iconic profile insignia, it
features its co-star's aforementioned details. Both silhouettes sit atop a
classic "Egret" midsole donning a black license plate. Outsoles,
however, indulge in a rich brown hue complete with slight speckling throughout
to ostensibly create a "DIY" aesthetic. |
| A new duo of
new balance
1500 animal pack brown have surfaced as the silhouette has made a
return for the Summer. Both colorways use a combination of black, teal,
white, and pink that may have many people thinking "South Beach."
The first pair utilizes white as the dominant color as teal can be seen on
the heel and outlining the "N" branding. Black is then seen on the
midfoot and outsole, while pops of pink land on the mudguard toe. The second
pair uses black on the majority of the upper with grey on the heel, pink on
the "N" branding, white on the midfoot and midsole, and teal on the
toe/mudguard and the heel branding. Both pairs are constructed out of suede
and nylon making them ideal for the Summer. |
