This error is determined because the .NET Framework 4 on
your computer is damaged, so I need to fix it, I offer
the following 4 steps for you to follow and handle:
1. Download Microsoft .NET 4 Framework version
2. Run the downloaded installer and select Repair
3. After the repair is completed, restart the computer
4. Run the software again to see if it still has an
error.
