President Xi Jinping on Friday visited the English Premier League leaders Manchester City, as the soccer-loving president's State visit came to an end.

Accompanied by British Prime Minister David Cameron, Xi visited Manchester City's academy whose state-of-the-art training facility includes a 7,000-capacity stadium and 16 football pitches that can cater for more than 450 players.

The two leaders also posed for a selfie with Sergio Aguero, City's Argentinian star striker - a rare move by a Chinese leader that was highly praised by analysts and netizens.
